Gidday, I'm Russ and I'm not trying to show off simply because I have my own domain-name. That said however, if it gains me any kudos then I'll show off all you want. You see as a result of this website's illustrious 12 year history, I have been contacted by old friends with whom I had long before lost touch, gotten employment as a result of my downloadable CV and my online portfolio. It also provides space to put up personal musings that apparently some of you folks find entertaining in the form of my blog.
I moved to New Zealand from the UK in July 2005 after deliberating on the subject of immigration for about five years. Some friends in London had asked me in November 2004: "Hey Russ, when are you going to move back to New Zealand?" - as at the time I was always on about it but had feint chances of pulling my thumb out of my arse and actually doing it.
Well my friend's got me to thinking and within a few weeks as I remember I had booked my reccie to NZ. I now have permanent residence and moved from Auckland where I lived and worked till Christmas 2005, down here to Wellington where I am now. I live in the city and work in that great place known simply as: "The Hutt".
